What you need

An advertising account you are authorised to manage, and a Google account to sign in with. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for who in your organisation you give access to.

Changes to your advertising

Kortex proposes changes and you approve them. It does not act on its own. A change that was approved was approved by a person in your organisation, and the spending consequences of that change are yours, exactly as they would be if you had made it in Ads Manager.

We record who approved what, and when, so that is answerable rather than argued about.

Creator discovery

Creator search and insights come from Meta, under Meta’s terms and policies, which apply to your use of them as well as ours. Use creator data only to find and work with creators for your own business, not to resell it, contact creators in bulk, or build lists for anyone else.

Kortex recommends creators and helps you brief and track them. It is not a party to any agreement between you and a creator: fees, content rights, disclosure of paid partnerships and payment are between you and the creator, and you are responsible for following advertising disclosure rules.

What it does not promise

The agent’s recommendations are advice from software reading your numbers. They are not guarantees of performance, and advertising results depend on a great deal we cannot see. It will sometimes be wrong. Judge each change on the evidence shown with it.

The service is provided as-is during the pilot, without warranty, and may change or be interrupted while we work on it.

Ending it

Stop whenever you like: disconnect your advertising account in Settings, or ask us to close your account. We may end access during the pilot at our discretion. Our Privacy Policy covers what happens to your data afterwards.
