Deleting your data

You can ask Kortex to delete everything it holds about you and your organisation's ad accounts at any time.

1. Send a deletion request to human@kortexagent.co from the address you sign in with. If you belong to more than one organisation on Kortex, name the one to delete.
2. Optionally, stop our access straight away: disconnect Meta and Google Ads in Kortex Settings, or remove Kortex in Facebook Settings under Business Integrations, and in your Google Account under third-party access.
3. We delete it within thirty days: your account, your organisation's synced advertising data, conversations and stored access tokens. We email you when it is done.
